Thank you. Not even into Eddie, but it was one fine interview. I actually read the entire thing, start to finish.

Jas: You and Steven Rosen really knew how to see inside Edward's head, whether it was about guitars or music making. Thanks for publishing these interviews. They're precious.

Thank you Jas! Like many other kids learning guitar in the 80s, i read and re-read your interviews with Eddie countless times back then. It’s so great to finally hear the audio of the full interview. Thank you for the many great interviews you are sharing here including James Honeyman-Scott and Neil Young. Lookin forward to Pops Staples, Mississippi John Hurt and more.

Yes, superior audio on the YT & excellent job on the transcription too. I commented on YT about the Nugent & Boston shows. Considering all the shows they had played around the globe with other bands, his memory was surprisingly accurate. But I'm surprised by his answer to the question about how many guitars (his bread & butter) are part of their act. "[O]ne a year. Like the first year, supporting the first album, I used the black-and-white-striped one." Well, it's true he had that 1 main one, but it's unfortunate he didn't describe the others for each of those first 2 tours. Given the B&W, Shark, & LP he played on the first tour, then that means there were 4 others for the 2nd tour besides the black & yellow one shown here. Would've been nice to know why he chose the colors he did for those early now-legendary designs.
